One of my biggest pet peeves on earth is dry lips. I am serious about the fight against dry lips. I always carry some type of lip treatment with me, I keep one by my bed and one is in my bathroom. I told y'all I was serious. Sometimes though it seems like all the lip conditioners, balms, salves aren't enough. That's when It's time to do a scrub. I am a body scrub fanatic. It never occurred to me to do the same with my lips until my unfortunate lip gloss incident which caused my break up with my favorite lip gloss on earth, this perfect neutral nudeish color by Clinique. After 6 months it broke me out something terrible. Lips just looked and felt like braille. After trying almost everything I realized I needed more than a moisturizer I needed something to get the dead skin off. So off to Sephora I went in search of some relief.

I love it! It did a great job after using it my lips were soft and smooth.I also tried Sally Hansen's Gentle Peel for Rough Lips. The description states:
This gentle formula with fruit enzyme removes rough, dull and uneven skin. Smooth it on, and
in just 3 minutes, wipe away to reveal beautiful baby soft lips. It's like a facial for your lips!I have to disagree with them. This is just ok. My lips kinda felt soft but they also felt dry. Bizarre. I'd skip this.
