After 8 years and countless combs I’ve gone from this...
Here are some pictures from my birthday weekend in March. I honestly can’t remember what was on my eyes except for the last picture. I have on the MAC Colour 3 quad. Bruised Plum on the lid and Black Tulip/Jungle Moon in the corner and crease. My face has the usual.
Face and Lips:
Bare Escentuals Prime Time Primer
Bare Minerals Deepest Deep mixed with Borghese Hydro-Minerali Crème Finish Makeup in Espresso (used as concealer under eyes and on chin)
Valana Minerals Foundation in Amber Dream (used to set concealer)
MAC Fix+ Rose
MAC Mineralize Blush in Lovejoy
MAC Lipglass in Utterly Discrete
I know have been MIA for more than a minute. I've been juggling so many things poor FP101 fell to the side. So to get back into the swing of things I figured why not give my girl a makeover especially since she's 2 now. I can't believe it's been 2 years already. Time sure flies!
The new look is courtesy of Zoe at Chic and Sassy Designs. Check her out for design and template needs. I loves it!!
Stay tuned and we’ll be back to your regular scheduled posting soon!!!
Pretty neural look. Great for work or an interview.
For the last Pretty Committee meeting I went with a pink look. Completely slipped my mind to get a group shot...next time. As always it was a great time with some beautiful ladies :)
Normally Expensive Pink and I stay beefing. When I first got it it never looked right. But on this glorious day she redeemed herself and made me love her for a little while.
It's times like this that I'm glad I don't own a car and live in a building...
Very simple. This is actually my work look when I decide to do my eyes.
A purple look. I didn't realized that it matched my outfit until after the fact...lol
December 23, 2009 marked 8 years that I cut off my relaxer and decided to take a walk on the nappy side. Best decision I ever made. Check out this post for my hair story.
I blew my hair out to prep it for New Year's Eve.
A greenish look...
I hope everyone had a fabulous and wonderful New Year's! This look is basically a recreation of a look I wore to a wedding last year except I was using Ulta Minerals. I wasn't all that thrilled with the Ulta Minerals so I did a lot of layering of similar colors since we were running late and I did not feel like washing my face and starting over. Hence the 1000 many shadows.
